Ingredients 3 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken*
1 1/2 Cup Dehydrated Sour Cream*
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1 1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Celery*
1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 1/2 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1 Cup Potato Chips, Crushed
French Dressing to Taste
*Reconstitute before using
Preparation 1. Marinate chicken and celery in french dressing for 1 hour. Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, and almonds.
2. Blend sour cream, mustard, and salt. Pour over chicken and toss to blend. Put into baking dish.
3. Combine potato chips, remaining cheese and put on top of chicken mixture.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 300°F or until heated through.
