1/2 Cup Chopped Freeze Dried Onion*
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Freeze Dried Potato Dices*
1 Cup Sliced Freeze Dried Celery*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Cauliflower*
1 Cup Diced Dehydrated Carrot*
1 Cup Diced Freeze Dried Broccoli*
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Flour*
2 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Saute onion in butter.
2. Add vegetables, water, bouillon, salt, and pepper.
3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
4. Combine flour and milk until smooth; Stir into pan. Bring to boil; Stir for 2 minutes.
5. Add cheese just before serving.
