2 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken, Diced
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese
2 Stalks Celery, Sliced 2 Seedless Red Grapes Bunches, Sliced in Half
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt or Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together. Whisk until smooth.
2. Place chicken, almonds, cheese, celery, and grapes in a bowl. Add dressing and mix.
3. Arrange greens on plate. Top with with chicken salad.
