12 oz Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
3 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
3/4 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1/4 Cup Each Freeze Dried Celery* and Freeze Dried Green Pepper*, Finely Chopped
1/3 Cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
Dash Tabasco Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Mix everything except pecans.
2. Chili several hours or overnight.
3. Spread chopped pecans on waxed paper and roll cheeseball on it until coated.
4. Chill completely before serving.
