5 Cup Freeze Dried Broccoli*
1/2 Cup Red Onion
1 Cup Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese*
1 Cup Bacon TVP*
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds, Cashews or Almonds
3/4 Cup Dried Sweetened Cranberries

1 Cup Salad Dressing or Mayo
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Rehydrate broccoli according to directions on can prior to adding to recipe.

2. Combine salad ingredients in large mixing bowl; Mix well.

3. Blend dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix dressing with salad mixing. Mix well.

4. Refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to combine.
