1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Cup Freeze Dried Zucchini Slices*
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
1/8 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Corn*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Tomato Chunks*
1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
or 1/2 Teaspoon Diced Crushed Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add zucchini, onion, and crushed red pepper; Cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
