1 Cup Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder*
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Whole Egg*
1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Preheat oven to 350¬∞F.
2. In large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.
3. Combine whole wheat flour and baking powder. Stir in batter until blended.
4. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly unsing a fork.
5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cookies are slightly toasted on edges.
