Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Eggs*, Beaten
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Freeze Dried Banana Slices*
1 1/2 Cup Cake Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350°F; Grease and flour 9"x 9" pan.
2. In a large bowl. cream butter and sugar until light.
3. Add eggs and beat well.
4. Dissolve soda in sour cream and add to butter mixture; Beat well.
5. Add bananas and mix.
6. Add cake flour and mix well.
7. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let cool and serve.
