2 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
4 Teaspoon Flour
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
3/4 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
3/4 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1 Package (3 oz) Cream Cheese, Cubed
3 1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Corn*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Ham*, Diced
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter.
2. Stir in flour and garlic powder.
3. Add milk.
4. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until melted.
5. Stir in corn and ham.
6. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.
7. Bake 350¬∞F for 45 minutes.
