1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine Softened
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Flour
2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Freeze Dried Blueberries*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. In mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
2. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; Gradually add to creamed mixture.
3. Stir in blueberries.
4. Drop by heaping tablespoons 2" apart into lightly greased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350¬∞F for 12-14 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
