2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
4 Slices White Bread, Torn into Bite-Size Pieces
2 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1/2 Teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
Dash of Garlic Powder
2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1 1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Diced Ham*
1/2 Cup Chopped Freeze Dried Onion*
2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
3/4 Cup Bacon TVP*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Combine first eggs, bread, milk, spicy brown mustard, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl; Stir with wire whisk until almost smooth.
2. Add cheese, ham, onion, parsley, and bacon to egg mixture; Mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 11"x 7"x 1-1/2" baking dish.
4. Bake at 475¬∞F for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
5. Let stand 10 minutes.
