2 Cup Dehydrated Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
1/3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1 Tablespoon Grated Lemon Peel
1 Cup Freeze Dried Blueberries*
1/4 Cup Dehydrated Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
3-4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 400¬∞F. Grease round pan 9"x 1 1/2".
2. Beat egg slightly, stir in 2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix, sugar, milk, and lemon peel.
3. Stir in blueberries and 1/4 cup buttermilk biscuit mix; Gently stir into batter. Spread in pan.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; Drizzle with lemon icing. Serve warm.
