1 1/2 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1/3 Cup Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder*
1 1/2 Cup Dehydrated Quick Oats*
1/3 Cup Unsifted flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Freeze Dried Banana Slices*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Heat butter and milk until butter melts.
2. Remove from heat, stir in oatmeal; Cool.
3. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; Add eggs to mixture until blended.
4. Stir bananas into mixture.
Add Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder for Peanut Butter Pancakes. Also add sliced strawberries, raspberries, and other fruits and nuts for added flavor.
