2 Cup Chopped Freeze Dried Onion*
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Cup White Beans*, Drained
14.5 oz Can Chicken Broth
2 (4 oz) Diced Green Chilies
2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
4 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese*
1 Cup Chunky Salsa (Mild or Hot)
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
*Reconstitute before using
1. In a 4-quart pan saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are tender.
2. Stir in beans, chicken broth, chiles, and seasonings. Bring to boil; Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Stir in chicken; Heat through.
4. Garnish each serving with cheese, salsa, and cilantro.
