1 Pound Ground Beef
1 1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa
1 (10 oz) Can Whole Kernal Corn, Drained
3/4 Cup Creamy Salad Dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Cup Crushed Tortilla Chips
2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 250¬∞F.
2. Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; Cook stirring to crumble, until evenly brown.
3. Drain grease; Remove from heat and stir salsa, corn, mayonnaise , and chil powder into beef.
4. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer ground beef mixture, tortilla chips and cheese twice, ending with cheese on top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes uncovered, until cheese is melted and dish thoroughly heated.
