1 Bag (10 oz) Salad Greens
2 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken*, Diced
1 Cup Freeze Dried Mango Chunks*
1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds
1/4 Cup Diced Red Onions
1 Cup Freeze Dried Mushroom Slices*
Poppyseed Dressing of your Choice

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Reconstitute and drain chicken, mangos, and mushrooms (optional).

2. Rinse salad greens and pat dry.

3. Mix all ingredients with poppyseed dressing and serve.


Add slices strawberries, bacon tvp, or any other fruit of your choice.
