2 Cup Freeze Dried Zucchini Slices*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Chopped Tomato Chunks*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Chopped Onion*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1 1/2 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
3/4 Cup Bisquick
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
A couple of Drops of Hot Sauce (Tabasco)
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Preheat oven to 400¬∞F.
2. Grease 10" quiche or pie plate.
3. Layer zucchini, tomato, onion, and cheese in plate.
4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth or 15 seconds with blender on high. Pour into plate.
5. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
6. Cool 5 minutes.
