Ingredients
Stuffing:
1 Cup Cooked Freeze Dried Chicken*, Finely Chopped
1 Rib Celery, Finely Diced
2 Green Onions, Finely Sliced
3 Hard-Cooked Eggs, Chopped
2 Tablespoon Dill Pickle Relish
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1 Teaspoon Dried Dillweed
Reserved tomato Insides
1/8 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
4 Tomatoes Medium-Sized
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation
For Stuffing:
1. Combine all stuffing ingredients; Set aside.
For Tomatoes:
1. Cut thin slice of top of each tomato where the stem is.
2. Scoop out insides of each tomato. Chop tomato insides and add to stuffing mixture; Mix well.
3. Stuff tomatoes with stuffing mixture. Chill before serving.
