4 Cup Cooked Elbow Macaroni, Drained
2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
3 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
4 Tablespoon Butter, Cut into Pieces
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Preheat oven 350¬∞F.
2. Place cooked macaroni in a large bowl while still hot and add cheddar cheese.
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni mixture.
4. Pour macaroni mixture in a casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes.
5. Top with additional cheese, if desired.
