1 1/2 Pound Fresh Chopped Spinach
2 Cup Diced Cooked Freeze Dried Chicken*
6 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/2 Cup Long Grain Rice
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese*

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Place the broth, garlic, spinach, and chicken in large saucepan.

2. Bring to boil, then add rice, nutmeg, lemon juice, pepper, and salt, and simmer until rice is cooked, but firm.

3. Serve hot and add cheese.
