1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/3 Cup Honey
2 Egg Whites
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cup Uncooked Quick Oats
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Preheat oven 350¬∞F. Place almonds on cookie sheet; Toast 8-10 minutes. Set aside. Do not turn off oven.
2. In a large bowl, combine honey, egg whites, cinnamon, and salt; Mix well. Add oats and toasted almonds; Mix well.
3. Drop by round teaspoons onto ungreased nonstick cookie sheet.
4. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack and cool.
