1/3 Cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoon Mango Chutney
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/4 Teaspoon Curry Powder
4 Cup Freeze Dried Turkey*
1 Cup Diced Freeze Dried Green Pepper*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Celery*, Diced
1 Cup Freeze Dried Pineapple Chunks*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Orange Segments*, Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. For dressing: blend sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, honey, and curry powder in a small bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, green pepper, celery, pineapple, orange segments, and green onions.
3. Add dressing, toss well to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with bread, crackers, our in salad greens.
