3/4 Cup Dehydrated Sour Cream Powder*
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Basil, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Oregano, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, Chopped
2 1/2 Pound Tri-Colored Rotini
1/3 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Chopped
1/3 Cup Yellow Bell Peppers
1/3 Cup Freeze Dried Green Peppers*, Chopped
1 Cup Sliced, Pitted Black Olives
3/4 Cup Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
1/3 Cup Freeze Dried Mushrooms*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Combine first 6 ingredients; Mix well.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in separate mixing bowl; Mix well.
3. Add first mixture to mixing bowl mixture and mix until evenly coated.
4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
