4 Flour Tortillas
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese*
1/4 Cup Bacon TVP*
1/4 Cup Thin Green Onion Slices
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Preheat oven to 400¬∞F.
2. Top half of each tortilla with 1/8 cup of each cheese and 1 tablespoon of bacon textured vegetable protein and green onion.
3. Fold tortillas in half; Press lightly to secure.
4. Place in single layer on baking sheet with cooking spray.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
