1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Chopped Onion*
1/4 Cup Butter
3 Cup Freeze Dried Zucchini Slices*
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1 Cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Ripe Olives
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until crisp-tender.
2. Stir in zucchini, salt, and garlic powder; Cook and stir until zucchini is crisp-tender
3. Cover with tomato, cheese, and olives.
4. Cover and cook until cheese melts (about 5 minutes).
