Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg*
2 Cup Flour
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices*
2 1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Raspberries*
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375°F; Grease 11"x 7" glass dish.
2. Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup white sugar until light, beat in egg; Add baking powder and salt.
3. Stir in 2 cups flour alternating with yogurt.
4. Spread batter into pan; Arrange fruit over top. Sprinkle topping over fruit.
Topping:
1. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter and cinnamon until crumbs form.
2. Bake at 375°F for 75 minutes.
