Ingredients
Coffee Cake:
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Soft Butter
1/3 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
2 Eggs*
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Freeze Dried Blueberries*
2 Tablespoon Flour
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Topping:
3 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation 1. Heat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine all coffee cake ingredients except for blueberries and 2 tablespoon flour.

3. Beat until well-mixed.

4. Add blueberries that have been tossed with 2 tablespoon of flour.

5. Spread in a 9"x 13" pan.

Topping:

6. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan; Stir in remaining ingredients.

7. Sprinkle over batter.

8. Bake 40-55 minutes. Serve.
