1 Cup Uncooked Dehydrated Long Grain Rice
2 1/4 Cup Water
2-3 Tablespoon onion or Vegetable Soup Mix
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cup Freeze Dried Corn*, Freeze Dried Peas*, Freeze Dried Broccoli*, or Mixed Vegetables

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. In a saucepan, combine rice, water, soup mix, and salt; Bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat; Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

3. Cook until rice and vegetables are tender.
