2 Cup Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices*
3/4 Cup Freeze Dried Apple Dices*
1 Cup Halved Green Seedless Grapes
1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Celery
1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Raisins*
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Sugar-Free Strawberry Yogurt
2 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, apples, grapes, celery, and raisins.

2. Stir in yogurt.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4. Add sunflower seeds and toss; Serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
