Ingredients
Almond Pancake Mix
3 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Finely Ground Almonds
2/3 Cup Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Salt

Pancakes
2 1/2 Cup Pancake Mix
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 Egg
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation

Almond Pancake Mix
1. In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together until well-blended. Store in a resealable bag.

Yields about 7 1/2 cups of pancake mix. Enough for 3 batches.

Pancakes
1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Heat a greased griddle over medium heat.

2. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and then flip.

-About 1 dozen 5" pancakes.
