Ingredients
2 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tablespoon Bran
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Dehydrated Buttermilk Powder*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Cut in butter.
3. Add buttermilk and mix lightly.
4. Roll out 3/4" thick.
5. Cut biscuits and place on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake 15 minutes at 425°F.
