1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1-2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Mild/Medium Salsa
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Green Pepper*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Corn*
2/3 Cup Small Pitted Black Olives
4 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken*, Cooked
Salt and Pepper to taste
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. In a large bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir in green pepper, corn, olives; Add chicken and toss.
3. Cover and chill for up to 3 days.
