2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
4 Pork Chops
2 Cans Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Mushroom*
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. In oil, brown pork chops in skillet over medium heat.
2. Set pork chops aside. Pour off fat.
3. Add soup, water, mushrooms, and garlic powder.
4. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan.
5. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until pork chops are done.
