2 Cup Freeze Dried Spinach*, Chopped
1 Cup Freeze Dried Green Peppers*
1/2 Cup Dehydrated Carrot*
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onion
3 Tablespoon Plain Yogurt
3 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing
1/2 Teaspoon Dillweed
1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Mozzarella Cheese*
3 Pita Pockets
1 Cup Freeze Dried Ham*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Combine spinach, thinly sliced green peppers, carrots, thinly sliced green onion, yogurt, ranch dressing, and dillweed; Mix well, cover and chill.
2. Just before serving add in mozzarella cheese.
3. Line halved pita pockets with ham and spoon salad mixture evenly inside.
