1 1/2 Cup Dry Chicken TVP*
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Celery*, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
3 Small Pickles, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
Dash Pepper and Salt
Lettuce Leaves
Tomato Slices
Bread or Scones

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation 1. Reconstitute chicken TVP and cool. (Refrigerate overnight or run TVP under cold water and drain.)

2. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, pickles, mustard, and parsley flakes.

3. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

4. Spread chicken salad onto bread or scones.

5. Top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves for a delicious gourmet sandwich.
