Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Quick Rolled Oats*
2/3 Cup Dates, Chopped
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1 1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple Slices*
*Reconstitute before using
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Press mixture into 8"x 8" baking dish.
3. Bake at 375°F until lightly browned. (about 25 minutes).
4. Loosen with spatula and cut into bars while warm.
5. Serve hot for breakfast.
