8 Cup Freeze Dried Cauliflower*
2 Tablespoon Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
5 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Place cauliflower pearls in a large pot and add just enough water to cover.
2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and place in a medium bowl.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mash until mixture is well combined.
