4 Cup Dehydrated Carrot*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Onion*
3 Tablespoon Butter
1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
1 1/2 Cup Herbed Flavored Bread Stuffing
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation 1. Put carrots into 2-quart dish.
2. In a small skillet saute onion in butter until tender.
3. Mix cream of celery, salt, and pepper with onion in a small bowl and then spread on carrots.
4. In another bowl, toss bread crumbs with 1/3 cup butter; Spoon over dish.
5. Bake at 350¬∞F for 30 minutes.
