Ingredients
2 Cup Flour
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
6 Tablespoon Dehydrated Shortening Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2/3 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
Preparation
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Finely cut in shortening.
3. Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
4. Pat out on floured surface to 1/2" to 3/4" thickness.
5. Cut with round cutter.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes at 450°F.
