3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cup Brown Sugar or 1 1/2 Cup Honey
4 Tablespoon Cocoa
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cup Liquid, Mashed
Fruit or Vegetable

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation 1. Mix dry ingredients then add liquids.

2. Mix together.

3. Bake in ungreased 9"x 13" baking pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.

4. Add leftovers, tomato soup, mashed potatoes, vegetables or fruit. (including freeze-dried and dehydrated items)
