Survival products for any situation.

1 Cup Freeze Dried Broccoli*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Cauliflower*
1 Cup Freeze Dried Tomato Chunks*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Onion*
3/4 Cup Low-Fat Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Sugar or Substitute

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Put Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, and Onion in a large bowl.

2. Mix salad dressing, red wine vinegar, and sugar until smooth. (You may wat to add more or less vinegar and sugar to suit your taste.)

3. Pour dressing over salad and mix gently until completely combined.

4. Chill.
