1 Cup Quick Rolled Oats
2 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Finely Freeze Dried Apple Dices*
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Raisins* or Dates
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Almonds

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Grease the inside of the crockpot.

2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; Mix well.

3. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

4. Stir before serving.
