2 Cup Freeze Dried Zucchini Slices*
2 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
2 Tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Cook zucchini, butter, and seasonings in a skillet.
2. Cover and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
3. Uncover and cook, turning slices until barely tender (about 5 minutes more).
4. Sprinkle with cheese; Toss.
