3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Oil
3 Eggs*
3 Cup Dehydrated Buttermilk Powder* or Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.


1. Mix all ingredients together with a wire whip.

2. If dough is too thick add 1/2 cup water. (Buttermilk makes lighter pancakes)
