1 Large Round White Tortilla Shell
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Chicken*
1/8 Pico De Gallo
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese* and Freeze Dried Shredded Cheddar Cheese*
1/2 Cup Lettuce
1/8 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1/8 Cup Sour Cream
*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Grease the bottom of a round baking sheet. Place tortilla shell on sheet.
2. Place all other ingredients on top and put in broiler long enough to melt cheese.
3. Remove from broiler and add 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/8 cup diced tomatoes, and 1/8 cup sour cream.
